A fantastic opportunity with a growing company for an Account Manager.  Based in central Bournemouth with excellent transport routes.  Salary up to £23k basic and realistic commission £35k in your 1st years.

There is a huge opportunity for development that comes with this role, the business is looking for a successful candidate to come in, perform, and then within 12 months be promoted to the Accounts Director.

The Account Manager’s role is to look after existing customers and book meetings with their ideal clients on their behalf.

Managing your customers, and their expectations and building rapport is essential.

You will aim to fill your diary with a few customers and will be calling out on their behalf, this is where the resilience comes in as you will be making a large volume of calls to secure meetings for your clients.

If you achieve your daily targets by 1pm, you have the option of going home for the day and finishing early.

The role is a busy one where you need to always have your customers at mind but is also a very rewarding one.

The ideal candidate for the account manager role:

This job is ideal for those who have some telesales experience, although not essential if you have the right attitude. The most important thing is having the willingness to call out. Everything you need to know and help you will be taught, there is a robust training plan in place, you just need to have a strong drive, resilience, and willingness to pick up that phone. This role can be tough, but the rewards are there both financially and via progression, it’s all about application.

Main Duties:

  • Managing your accounts, keeping them updated and having regular contact with them.
  • Cold outreach on their behalf to book meetings.
  • Managing your work to ensure daily targets are hit.
