Administrative Assistant Needed - Haslemere, Surrey

Responsibilities:

  • Admin Support: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, make travel arrangements, handle correspondence.
  • Data Management: Organize and maintain records, databases, and files (physical and digital).
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as a primary contact for internal and external communication.
  • Document Preparation: Format documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
  • Meeting Support: Coordinate and support meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes documentation.
  • Financial Assistance: Assist with basic financial tasks and processing expense reports.
  • Project Coordination: Support project-based activities, including research and data analysis.
  • Office Communication: Distribute memos and announcements to staff members.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various assignments and projects as directed by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a business environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
