One of Southampton’s most experienced letting agencies with an approachable and friendly team is currently looking for an Administrator to join their existing team.  They are based in the heart of Southampton and have been established for over 2 years, they pride themselves on proving excellent customer service both to their clients and tenants.

As the administrator your role will include:

  • Dealing with tenants face to face and over the phone
  • Arranging maintenance
  • Arranging references
  • Boking viewings
  • Taking rent
  • Late rent letters
  • Moving people in
  • Advertising properties

The ideal candidate for the position of Administrator must have:

  • Customer service experience
  • Administration
  • IT skills
  • Upbeat telephone manner and a can-do attitude
  • A driving licence is desired but not essential

In return, the Administrator will receive a salary of £18-19k DOE, Benefits 20 days holiday + 8 BH, 8.30-5.00 Mon- Fri, occasional Sat 9.30-1pm to cover holidays, Free parking, and use of the company car.
