A Data Storage company based in Basingstoke,  are looking for a Business Development specialist to increase sales in the fast growing Surveillance market in the UK. They have been established over 25 years and are looking for a highly motivated individual to add to their growing business.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

You have strong business acumen to develop, lead, and close sales opportunities. Specifically, we are looking for a person that will:

  • Identify, develop and close opportunities.
  • Maintain existing customers
  • Build a sales pipeline
  • Manage the sales cycle
  • Provide excellent customer support
  • Understand the elements that make up a surveillance solution

CANDIDATES PROFILE - REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • A highly motivated self-starter who drives to exceed their sales goal each month independently
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Agile learner with strong action orientation and drive for results
  • Creative thinking, agility and be able to collaborate with the team
  • Familiarity with CRM practices  and excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Travel throughout the UK to attend customer meetings, channel meeting and exhibitions relating to surveillance, when required
