You will be able to assist across our publishing and digital business and will be keen to learn how all areas of our company work. This is an exciting and varied role. You will need to have exceptional attention to detail, be goal-orientated, methodical, and have a positive attitude. You will be expected to liaise with publishers as well as our customers and be able to demonstrate a breadth of experience in a range of administrative or support roles.

As the business support administrator, your role will include:

  • Running essential regular data reports and creating new ones on an ad hoc basis
  • Helping with projects across the business e.g. seasonal tender work
  • Liaising with existing partners and publishers
  • Ensuring we receive the correct data and content from existing content partners
  • Processing a range of customer-facing functions
  • Supporting the sales team functions
  • Invoicing and financial processes
  • General administration tasks as required

The ideal candidate for the position of business support administrator must have:

  • Proficiency in using excel, to an advanced level
  • Superior administration and co-ordination skills
  • First rate customer service skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Extremely organised
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan effectively and manage changing priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as in a team
  • Experience in creating presentations and using InDesign is preferred

In return, the business support administrator will receive a salary of £25000 - £30000 DOE. 20 days holiday plus BH.
