Client Success Executive - Bournemouth

As the Customer Success Executive, you will:

• Drive engagement and usage and provide support to our clients' requests
• Work with Account Management to drive higher renewal rates and identify opportunities to grow the account
• Prioritise new clients for on-boarding and contact within 24 hours 
• Carry out regular proactive client check-in calls and training sessions
• Update client records ensuring they are properly completed to record training/call outcomes

The successful candidate for the role of Customer Success Executive will have experience in:

• Dealing with others over the telephone and face to face in account management, support or sales role.
• Training or giving presentations in a group situation, with competence and confidence.
• Working in an office environment.
•  Administration skills including good diary management
•  Dealing with pressured situations in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of Construction Industry and how to win work
• Working with clients in a training, support or sales environment.
• Knowledge and competent use of Microsoft products, particularly MS Excel, Word and Power point.
