Are you looking to work for a company that genuinely cares about the environment and wants to help with world development?  We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join our team.  To support our Head of Contract Recruitment in establishing and growing our contract recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and managing contract candidates and excellent communication and organizational skills.

The primary duties for the contract recruiter will be:

  • Sourcing and attracting contract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews with candidates.
  • Building and managing relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiating contract terms with candidates and clients.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our recruitment software.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Contract Recruitment and permanent recruitment team to provide a seamless service to clients.
  • Participating in recruitment tenders and proposals.

The main requirements for the contract recruiter:

  • Minimum years of experience working in contract recruitment, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting and managing contract candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience using recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn,
  • A passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
