Job Title: Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you'll play a critical role in providing outstanding service to our library customers. Reporting directly to the Customer Services Manager, you'll need to be comfortable discussing technology and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to library customers
- Utilize Excel and other office packages to manage customer data
- Ensure accurate and organized data entry
- Work independently or as part of a team to achieve goals
- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve customer experience
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer services or office administration
- Proficient in Excel and other office packages
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Ability to work flexible hours, including longer hours when needed
