Delivery Consultant - Southampton

As the Resourcer you will be responsible for:

• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and headhunting
• Supporting the consultants, working together to find the best candidates on the market
• Staying in touch with potential candidates and gaining recommendation

The successful candidate for the role of Resourcer will:

• Have experience of working in a customer services call centre telesales or phone based position
• Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage
• Must enjoy being on the phone and building relationships with people

In return, the Resourcer will receive a basic salary of £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience. Commission plan (for placements and lead generation) 20 days holiday plus BH. Lots of other lovely benefits and days off. They have a smart and modern working environment with access to the latest technology. Based in central Southampton so accessible by public transport.  Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 4pm finish. no weekend working and a strong social / work balance.
