💰 £33,000 Basic | OTE £60,000–£70,000+ (Uncapped Commission)

This is a genuine field-based new business role where you’ll attend appointments, generate your own meetings and build relationships with decision-makers across the region.
This isn’t a desk-bound SDR position. It’s about getting in front of clients, running professional meetings and closing consultative IT service solutions.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for winning new business across IT support, cloud solutions, cyber security and telecom services.
Your week will include:
• Attending pre-booked appointments
• Generating your own meetings through proactive outreach
• Meeting clients face-to-face across Hampshire and surrounding areas
• Hosting prospects at the office
• Delivering consultative sales presentations
• Following up proposals and closing deals
• Managing and building your own pipeline
When not in meetings, you’ll be driving activity from the office — calling, networking and building opportunities.
