Head of Sales - Poole

An industry leading Education and Training Company in Poole are looking for a Head of Sales to join their expanding company. You will receive a competitive salary, great company benefits and a friendly and informal office environment.

As the Head of Sales you will be responsible for:

• Accountability and management of revenue streams for all service lines within your office
• Daily/Weekly and Monthly set up across the sales floor to include specific targets for each individual
• Manage the delivery of 121’s/PMP’s and agree targets in line with business targets
• Recruiting and developing new starters and supporting their induction into your team
• Coaching, mentoring, call listening feedback and developing all of your teams
• Consistent and effective management of individual performance from a paper trail perspective so all data is available to Management when requested
• Ensure your teams respond to customers’ needs by understanding the customer requirements and deliver a service that is responsive to those needs
• Ensure the information your teams provide customers is clear and they are kept appropriately informed throughout their journey
• Ensure individual performance management plans are kept up to date and are accurate and reflective of assessor performance

The successful candidate:

• Have a proven track record in reaching and exceeding targets in a sales environment
• Previous Sales Management experience, including a detailed understanding of sales data
• Previous experience working at Management Level
• Previous experience managing a team of significant size, circa 20 colleagues or more
• Good basic knowledge of HR processes & procedures
• Excellent Microsoft skills, especially Excel

In return the Head of Sales will receive a competitive salary with a realistic OTE of up to £45,000. You will also receive 33 days Holiday, free parking, free refreshments and a relaxed dress code.
