Are you an organised, confident, and personable individual looking to join a dynamic property management company? We are recruiting an office administrator to support the efficient running of our Southampton office.
As part of one of Southampton’s largest private landlords, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of over 200 properties and 1,000 tenants. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling office administration, emails, and phone calls
- Communicating with tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Assisting with property viewings and tenancy agreements
- Managing key distributions, payments, and compliance documentation
- Supporting marketing and social media activities
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident multi-tasker in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate with administrative experience
- Property experience beneficial but not essential
- Must live within a 20-minute drive of Southampton city centre
Additional Requirements:
- Occasional weekend work for property check-ins and viewings
- Must be willing to support seasonal property management demands
