Permanent Recruitment Consultant (Remote, Hybrid, and Office-Based)

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates into permanent positions with our clients. They will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring exceptional service delivery throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting new and existing clients.
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to remain competitive.
- Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets for placements, revenue generation, and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably with a focus on permanent placements.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a track record of closing deals.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional results.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred.
