🚀 The Role
- Oversee maintenance for 200+ properties and a team of 8–10 tradespeople.
- Prioritise jobs logged via the Fix-It system, ensuring they’re done right and on time.
- Build relationships with tenants, landlords, and investors—communication is key.
- Be the organiser: keep trades in line, projects on budget, and people happy.
👀 What They’re Looking For
- Construction/maintenance background or solid understanding of how trades work.
- Practical, hands-on mindset—spot issues on the spot.
- Strong communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Organised and proactive—you’re a doer, not a watcher.
- Enjoy getting out on the road, meeting people, and making things happen.
💼 The Package
- Up to £45k plus company vehicle, laptop, and mobile.
- Monday to Friday with minimal on-call and occasional weekend cover.
