Are you an experienced property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment?
POSH PADS is looking for an energetic, highly organised ARLA-qualified Property Branch Manager to help oversee our busy portfolio of student accommodation across Southampton and Portsmouth.
This is a hands-on role where you'll lead day-to-day operations, manage compliance, coordinate maintenance, support the team and ensure everything runs smoothly across the business.
We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Is ARLA qualified (essential)
✔️ Has property management or lettings experience
✔️ Loves being busy and solving problems
✔️ Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
✔️ Can lead people and manage multiple priorities
✔️ Lives within 20 minutes of Southampton City Centre
