This is a hands-on, out-and-about role. You won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be on-site, managing jobs, coordinating trades, and building real relationships with tenants and landlords.
🚀 The Role
- Visit properties and assess maintenance & improvement works
- Prioritise and schedule jobs based on urgency and impact
- Manage and communicate with trades, tenants, and landlords
- Keep projects moving — on time, on budget, and to a high standard
- Be the go-to person people trust when things need sorting
👀 What They’re Looking For
- Background or strong knowledge in construction / maintenance / property
- Someone practical — you get it when you walk into a job
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple jobs
- Happy being out on the road and in properties
💼 The Package
- Salary up to £45k
- Company vehicle, laptop & mobile
- Monday–Friday role with occasional on-call (very minimal)
- Occasional weekend cover on a rota (not frequent)
