Recruitment Account Manager - Eastleigh

The Recruitment Account Manager will be responsible for:

• The running of specific client sites, including the recruitment and fulfillment of a flexible workforce, ensuring that all target KPIs are met.
• Attending client review meetings 
• Dealing with employee relations matters and employee engagement on site.
• Arrange local registration meetings and to ensure all relevant right to work checks and any additional compliance.
• Delivering an induction tailored to the client's needs.
• Running a weekly payroll.

The successful candidate for the role of Recruitment Account Manager will:

• Ideally, have previous experience working in a fast-paced recruitment or account management role with the responsibility of working towards targets.
• Familiarity with compliance and the importance of Health & Safety 
• Be able to drive and willing to travel to local client sites.
• Be a confident communicator, you'll engage, consult and collaborate with your candidates, clients, and colleagues.
• Be flexible to work out of hours as required. You may have to be onsite at 6 am to induct workers and available to check phone, email for any issues that arise over the weekend.

In return, the Recruitment Account Manager will receive a basic salary of £24,500 -  £26,500 DOE (up to £29,400 with car allowance & on call bonus), the opportunity to work for an award-winning, growing business, 33 days holiday including bank holidays, performance-related pay reviews, medical cash plan, retail store discounts, life assurance, 'on-call' allowance and Company pension scheme.
