A market leading specialist Recruiter is looking to take on a Recruitment Consultant to join their energetic and ambitious team based in central Southampton. The Recruitment Consultants duties will include:
- Managing permanent placements and develop the desk
- Growing the existing portfolio of customers
- Fill bookings as per client requirements.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Provide a high level of service to existing clients and workers.
- Interview and assess candidates before placing them into suitable assignments/placements.
- Visit clients to promote and explain the benefits of our service.
The successful Recruitment Consultant will have:
- Sales background
- Have a drivers license
- Have a strong desire to succeed in a competitive, yet highly rewarding profession.
- Naturally dynamic and ambitious
- Driven by targets and making money
- Be comfortable and enjoy communicating with people at all levels face-to-face and over the telephone.
In return the Recruitment Consultant will receive a basic salary of £25k-£35k plus commission. 23 days annual leave Westfield Medical cashback scheme 4x life assurance stakeholder pension.
