Our current focus is on managing desks within renewables, net zero, water, and field installation markets. Whether you're a junior recruiter or an experienced professional, this is a golden opportunity to advance your career in recruitment and workforce solution delivery.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will report to one of our Senior Managers, playing a crucial role in our expansion. You'll have access to a wealth of existing business and warm accounts, while also being encouraged to develop your own desk in our key markets.
Key Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months of 360 recruitment experience.
- Proven billings track record.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to converse at multiple levels.
- Ambition to grow skills and progress within the company.
- Resourceful and driven individual, able to think on your feet.
Package:
Basic Salary: £30k + Commission
Year 1 OTE: £50k +
Year 2 OTE: £60k +
