We’re looking for a Business Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships. With a team of administrators, resourcers, and marketing experts supporting you, you'll focus on building and expanding our client base within your specified markets, transforming opportunities into new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business by identifying and targeting new accounts.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Understand client needs on both strategic and tactical levels, offering tailored solutions.
- Build strong commercial and long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
- Identify new opportunities for product development within market sectors.
- Collaborate with other teams to leverage business opportunities and create joined-up solutions.
- Conduct sales meetings and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain up-to-date market knowledge.
- Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
- Occasional travel to meet with clients and candidates.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry or a relevant sector.
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Strong presentation skills and experience delivering sales propositions.
- Confidence in cold calling and negotiating.
