    Recruitment Consultant: £30k-£35k + Commission - Flexible Hours - Free Parking - Whiteley

    The Role: We’re on the lookout for an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team in Whiteley. You’ll focus on resourcing high-caliber candidates and account managing key clients across the UK, Europe, USA, and the Middle East. This role involves working with senior-level candidates earning between £45k and £150k.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Candidate Resourcing: Source top-tier senior candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
    • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
    • Client Engagement: Be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and job requirement clarity.
    • Interviewing and Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Process Management: Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.
    • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability across regions.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Experience: 2-3 years of recruitment or resourcing experience, ideally dealing with senior-level candidates.
    • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Organisational Skills: Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
    • Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating terms between clients and candidates.
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and market conditions.
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field is preferred.
