We’re looking for a motivated recruitment consultant to join a growing mechanical & electrical team. If you love generating new business, building lasting client relationships, and placing top talent, we’d love to hear from you!

🔑 What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively generate new business through networking, cold calling, and client meetings

• Understand client needs and design tailored recruitment solutions

• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from client acquisition to candidate placement

• Work closely with Labour Managers and Resourcers to deliver efficiently

• Maintain outstanding customer service and nurture long-term partnerships

• Meet quarterly targets on fees and job fills

• Step in to fill roles directly when needed—demonstrating a flexible, hands-on approach

• Continually improve recruitment strategies and internal processes

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Proven 360 recruitment consultant experience—ideally within Mechanical & Electrical, Construction, Engineering, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Oil & Gas

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

• Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Based within commuting distance of Southampton
