A well-established recruitment company is currently looking for a sales administrator to join its team. The successful sales administrator will be able to:

  • Taking phone calls from clients and candidates and helping to resolve any queries they may have
  • Generating and sending out contracts and other paperwork
  • Raising sales invoices and processing payments to contractors
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Anything else that helps with the smooth running of an office of 30+ people

The successful candidate for the role of sales administrator will:

  • Excellent working knowledge of excel and word
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to engage with our clients and candidates
  • Good telephone manner

In return, the sales administrator will receive a basic salary of £24k- £28k depending on experience. Working hours Mon-Fri 9.00-5.30. 25 days holidays plus 8 BH, lots of other lovely perks and benefits.  Must have own transport due to location
