Sales Coordinator

Salary £24-£28k

Our client is looking to recruit a permanent Sales Coordinator to help support and drive their successful sales team. The successful candidate should bring exceptional customer service and excellent organisational and administrative skills to this role.

If you have experience in a Manufacturing/Engineering/Industrial background, then this could be an excellent opportunity for you. The ideal candidate must have experience in sales administration.

Main Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain data accuracy and compliance to meet customer expectations
  • Keep an up-to-date understanding of product ranges, pricing and product-related information.
  • Prepare customer quotations and follow up with customers on their production requirements
  • Manage product inventory and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled on time.
  • Identifies and flags opportunities for further business development and customer growth
  • Contributes to the process of implementing sales plans and initiatives.
  • Update customer databases across all platforms and channels

Required Skills/Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years experience in an operational sales role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Good organisational & administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills and experience in MS Office Suite and Outlook
  • Highly self-motivated and able to prioritise tasks

Hours Monday - Thursday 8-5 and Friday 8-1, Free parking, must drive due to the location, 25 days holiday plus BH
