Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities across core industries.

Attend and represent the company at industry events to build strategic client relationships.

Collaborate with clients to develop sustainable and tailored recruitment solutions.

Consistently achieve and exceed a new business target of £250,000.

Maintain a deep understanding of the market to offer insight-led advice to clients.

Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or 360 recruitment, preferably in the defence, cyber security, or technology industries.
