We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in sourcing top talent for our clients across various industries. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with candidates and clients, managing the recruitment process, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Utilise various methods such as job postings, referrals, and networking events to source and select qualified candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and suitability for job opportunities.
  • Engage in extensive screening of candidates via phone or video calls, ensuring they meet the requirements of both the company and specific roles.
  • Actively engage in new business development, including cold sales, market research, and market mapping.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance, for both candidates and clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate job offers and salaries with candidates and clients.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process, including interview preparation and debriefs.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activity, ensuring the CRM system is up to date.
  • Present a demo of our services to prospective clients.

In return, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will receive a salary of up to £35k depending on experience plus commission, a Confidence and Empowerment Coach once a month for each employee, a leading tech stack, flexible working arrangements, a budget for training and development, charity days, and a 16:00 Friday finish every week.
