The Role:
📌 360 recruitment – manage the full process, from sourcing to placements
📌 Grow & maintain relationships with schools and educators
📌 Business development – win new clients & expand opportunities
📌 Hit targets (without micromanagement!) and maximise earnings
📌 Ensure compliance (DBS & reference checks)
Who We’re Looking For:
🔥 Proven recruitment experience (education preferred, but not essential)

Working Hours:
📅 Term-time: Mon-Fri, 7:15 AM - 5:00 PM
📅 School holidays: Reduced hours, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
