🚀 Sales Recruitment Consultant – Chandler’s Ford | £35-50k Commission + Bonus
Are you a results-driven recruiter with a proven sales or professional services/tech recruitment background? We’re looking for a Sales Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-growing team, focusing on the client side of recruitment – building relationships, winning business, and delivering outstanding talent solutions.
What you’ll do:

Build and manage strong client relationships – become their trusted recruitment advisor.

Generate new business through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Understand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Manage the client-side recruitment cycle from job qualification to successful placement.

Negotiate terms, fees, and contracts to maximise profitability.

Hit and exceed individual revenue targets.
Who we’re looking for:

Solid recruitment sales track record – good billings, no job hopping.

Experience in professional services, IT, tech, or sales recruitment is highly desirable.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Commercially aware, competitive, and results-driven.

Able to commute to Chandler’s Ford 4 days per week.

£35-50k base + market-leading commission + quarterly bonus.

Commission threshold: £4-6k depending on seniority.

23 days holiday, increasing 1 day per year to 30, with the option to buy 5 extra days.
