Senior Education Recruitment Consultant – SEN or Secondary

Salary DOE + Uncapped Commission (Up to 22%)
I'm working with a growing education recruitment business that is looking to hire two experienced education recruitment consultants – one for SEN and one for secondary.
This isn't just another billing role.
You'll inherit an existing desk with established clients and candidates, giving you a platform to build from day one. More importantly, the business wants these hires to become future managers, building and leading teams within their specialist divisions.
