Requirements for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recruitment Experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in a B2B environment
• Experience looking after customers at a senior level
• Strong communication skills
• Presentable, articulate, credible and confident
• Intelligent, pro-active, self-motivated
• Degree qualified (all levels considered)

Responsibilities for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 360 Headhunter
• Develop networks at the highest level
• Lead generation
• High quality sales calls (We encourage quality over quantity)
• Market mapping
• Candidate identification through both modern and traditional methods
• Client development and management
• International travel – client meetings
• Database and network management
• Recruiting, Screening and Interviewing

In return, the Trainee Recruitment Consultant will receive a basic salary £22k- £25k with huge earning potential realistically earning over £100k in year 3.

• quarterly target hitters’ day, every quarter trips to London.
• Summer do – ascot races or similar and Christmas party in Winchester.
• Annual trip away if they do their company target – European city.

And because the clients and roles are worked are all overseas, it’s normal to travel to European cities for client briefings and pitches etc..
